Med spa marketing has an unusual shape, and the reason is regulatory. Injectables are prescription drugs, so the ad platforms restrict how you can name and promote them; before-and-after imagery, which is the single most persuasive asset you own, is limited or outright disallowed across major paid channels; and personalized-ad rules treat health and appearance as sensitive categories.
