The Vibe SEO agency is a managed SEO program. You do not get a dashboard, a checklist, or a monthly call where someone asks you to write content. The whole program runs on the same engine as the Vibe SEO plugin, which is included in every package. That matters for two reasons. It means the work is systematic rather than ad hoc: every page is scanned, every fix is tracked, every change is backed up and reversible. And it means that if you ever decide to bring the work in house, the tools and the pages are already yours.
Who it is for: owners of local service businesses, practices and firms who know they need to show up on Google and do not want to learn SEO or manage someone who is learning it. If you have one location or fifty, serve one town or a whole state, the program scales by how many markets we target and how often we publish.
The work
Every lever that moves rankings, worked every month.
Foundation and technical. The first weeks go to the plumbing Google grades you on. We audit and fix site speed, mobile rendering, crawlability, indexation, HTTPS, canonical tags and redirects. XML sitemaps and robots rules are set up and submitted. Breadcrumbs go on. Schema markup, the structured data that tells Google what your business is, what you offer and where you serve, goes on every page. Redirects are managed and 404s monitored from then on, so a renamed page never becomes a dead link.
On-page. We research what your customers actually type and map one page to each search intent, so you stop ranking for nothing because one page tries to cover everything. Titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links and image alt text are tuned on every page. Your homepage is optimized for your core terms.
City and service pages. We use your homepage as the template and expand it out to each city you want to win. Every target city gets its own primary landing page plus up to six service pages, written for that place, so a plumber in a suburb twenty minutes from the office ranks there too. Economy covers up to five cities, Standard up to twenty-five, Premium unlimited, and Custom Premier is uncapped across states.
Local and Google Business Profile. For a local business the map pack is often worth more than the organic results. We set up the profile fully: categories, services, photos, attributes and Q&A. Then we post to it three to five times a week, run a review generation strategy, and write a professional response to every review, good or bad. On Standard and above we build local citations across the directories that matter and keep your name, address and phone consistent everywhere.
Content. Original, search-targeted blog content goes out on a schedule: weekly on Economy, three posts a week on Standard, daily on Premium and Custom Premier. It is written to answer the questions your customers actually ask, which is what builds the topical authority Google rewards.
Off-page and authority. Standard and above include a white-hat backlink campaign and press releases distributed to more than 500 outlets, quarterly on Standard and monthly on Premium and Custom Premier. Authority is the trust signal that separates page one from page five.
Reporting. Baselines are set before work starts. Every month we run an SEO audit and fix what it finds, and you receive a report of your site's tracked data: keyword positions, map-pack positions, traffic, and the calls and form fills that came in, measured against where you started. Custom Premier adds a dedicated account manager who knows your account.
The method

Month one: audit and strategy. We read your site, your current rankings, your Business Profile and your top competitors, and map the keywords that drive revenue in your market. You approve a prioritized plan before any work begins. Baselines are recorded.
Months one to two: foundation. Technical fixes ship first, because content on a slow, uncrawlable site is wasted. The Business Profile is rebuilt. Citations are cleaned. Schema goes on.
Month two onward: build and publish. City and service pages go live. Blog content and Business Profile posts start on their cadence. Reviews are answered within the day. Links and press start on qualifying plans.
Every month: measure and expand. The audit runs, errors are fixed, the report goes out. As pages climb, we expand into new keywords, services and nearby cities, which is where the compounding comes from: this month's new pages become next month's internal-link targets and the foundation the following month builds on.
The sequencing is the point. Buying links for a slow site does nothing. Publishing blog posts on a site with broken titles and no internal structure rarely moves anything. A managed program does the work in the order that makes each phase pay off.
Local and technical wins, Business Profile improvements and long-tail pages, often move within the first one to three months. Competitive head terms typically take three to six months to climb and hold, because Google rewards consistency over time. Timelines depend on your starting point, your competition and your plan. We set baselines up front so progress is measurable rather than asserted, and we would rather earn your business month to month than lock you into a contract.
